As a result of the friction surface of the plate body of the pressure plate (22, 26, 34) being blasted, an initial roughness that is favourable for a running-in process, and wear-resistant compression of the plate body can be achieved, with the result that, with low tolerance specifications for the components of a friction clutch (20), a high service life can be achieved, such that a cost-effective friction clutch (20) having a long service life is enabled.
