    摘要: The invention relates to an ultrasound welding device for welding electrical conductors to produce a node between the conductors, comprising a compression space (18) for receiving the conductors, which is delimited peripherally by two working surfaces delimiting the compression space on opposing sides and two lateral delimitation surfaces running transversely to the working surfaces, and the remaining sides are open. One of the working surfaces is a portion of a sonotrode (16), excitable in ultrasound oscillation, for the ultrasound welding device and the other working surface is a portion of a counterelectrode (36) and at least the working surfaces are structured. In at least one exit region of the compression space, the working surface of the counterelectrode has an elevation (62, 64) with an arc shaped cross-section extending in the direction of the working surface of the sonotrode perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (28) of the compression space passing through the open sides. In order to produce a high-strength node along the entire length of the conductors running in the compression space without the appearance of undesirable stresses, according to the invention the working surface of the sonotrode (16), in the region thereof running perpendicular, in a projection of the elevation, to the plane spanned by the working surface of the sonotrode, has at least one cut-out running at least in certain portions along the elevation.

In order to enable both a radial and an axial alignment of the sonotrode by means of measures that are simple in regard to design without expensive assembly measures being required, according to the invention the first bearing (130) has a projection (132), which has a U-shaped geometry in a section extending in a longitudinal direction of the sonotrode, which U-shaped geometry has side legs (136, 138) and a cross leg (140) that connects the side legs, the projection engages in a recess (140, 144) in the sonotrode (116) matched to the U-shaped geometry, the sonotrode is supported on the cross leg of the projection in a planar manner, and the sonotrode is axially aligned by means of at least one side leg of the projection.
