摘要: A human skin moisture measuring device comprising an interdigitated resistive sensor (1 ) formed on a plate-like transparent support, with a face designed to be placed into contact with the skin to be subjected to the moisture degree measurement. The device further comprises image sensing means (4) turned towards the opposite face of the support and a lighting device (5) sideways arranged relative to the support to direct the light radiation in the support at a prefixed angle. Means for processing the signal coming from said interdigitated resistive sensor and from said image sensing means give as output a value of the measured moisture degree that is normalised with respect to the actual surface of contact between skin and sensor (1 ).

摘要: An endoscopic device of the capsular type that is mobile and that can be oriented inside a body cavity, such as the gastrointestinal tract, through a magnetic coupling of the inner magnetic means (1 1 ) inside said body and means for generating a magnetic field (13) external to the patient, and a system for blowing (4, 5, 6) a gaseous fluid and sucking said fluid and/or material present in the body cavity. The device is designed to avoid both the drawbacks of the conventional flexible endoscopes, by reducing the invasiveness and the pain, thus increasing the patient's compliance, and the drawbacks of the capsular endoscopes, by improving their ability to control the movement and keeping the dimensions small. The endoscopic device further allows to carry out local therapeutic and/or surgical treatments of areas of the inspected gastrointestinal tract.

摘要: A robot having an overall structure inspired by the Octopus vulgaris is described made up of soft arms joined in a radial manner to a central support. The soft arms have the capability of lengthening, shortening and wrapping around in a coil-shape manner and their extremely simple movements and their coordination are effective thanks to the interaction between the single actions. For example during locomotion, while some arms act as a support for stability, the others provide for thrusting allowing the robot to advance. Once near the target, some arms provide for stability whereas the others can bend so as to wrap around and transport external entities.
