    摘要: An electrical path for a circuit breaker, comprising: an inlet contact group (121, 122); an outlet contact group (131, 132); and a conductive assembly (115, 111, 112). The inlet contact group (121, 122) is connected to an inlet terminal (123), and the outlet contact group (131, 132) is connected to an outlet terminal (133). The conductive assembly (115, 111, 112) comprises a soft connection assembly (115) and a hard connection assembly (111, 112). The hard connection assembly (111, 112) is fixed to a base of the circuit breaker; the soft connection assembly (115) is connected to the inlet contact group (121, 122) and the outlet contact group (131, 132); the soft connection assembly (115) and the hard connection assembly (111, 112) are connected to provide an electrical path between the inlet contact group (121, 122) and the outlet contact group (131, 132). The inlet contact group (121, 122) and the outlet contact group (131, 132) are mounted coaxially. By combining a soft connection and a hard connection, the electrical path utilizes the flexibility of the soft connection to make the mounting of the contact groups more flexible and convenient and utilizes the hard connection to obtain a reliable and stable electrical path, thus achieving a balance between assembly efficiency and assembly quality.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a fast closing mechanism mounted on a side plate of a circuit breaker. The fast closing mechanism comprises a rotation shaft and an ejector pin. The ejector pin is rotatably assembled to the side plate by the rotation shaft. The ejector pin strides over the side plate. The ejector pin comprises a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is connected to a handle via a rod, and the second portion is located above a press plate. The fast closing mechanism has an additional ejector pin based on current structures, the press plate may press against a moving contact at an initial stage of a closing process, so that the moving contact will not move during the initial stage of the closing process. The mechanical energy generated during the closing process is stored in an energy storage spring. At a later stage of the closing process, the ejector pin releases the press plate, the press plate and the moving contact obtain a large initial speed by the spring force of the energy storage spring and accomplish closing quickly. The period for accomplishing the action of closing is reduced to 2-3ms.

The contact module comprises: a base, a cover, an operation mechanism, three kinds of single-pole switches and a release mechanism. The cover is mounted on the base to form an accommodation space, the operation mechanism, the three kinds of single-pole switches and the release mechanism are disposed in the accommodation space. The operation mechanism is connected to one kind of the single-pole switch, the release mechanism is connected to the three kinds of the single-pole switches. All of the three kinds of single-pole switches are asymmetrical. Each kind of single-pole switch comprises a strong side and a weak side, for each kind of single-pole switch, a contact housing on the strong side is thick and is connected to a thick shaft, a contact housing on the weak side is thin and is connected to a thin shaft. A rotor component in each kind of single-pole switch only has a single contact spring and the single contact spring is mounted on the weak side. Rotation shafts of adjacent single-pole switches are connected by a linkage shaft so that the single-pole switches are connected, a strong side of one single-pole switch is connected to a weak side of another single-pole switch.
