摘要: The invention relates to a cavity filling element which can be prefabricated and which is provided for rails, particularly for those of streetcars. The cavity filling element primarily consists of a body made of inorganic material which, preferably by pressing or gluing, can be inserted into rail cavities while inserting elastic insulating material between the rail head and the rail base. The cavity filling element is constructed as a one-piece element and, with the exception of the side facing the stem of the rail, is provided with a sheathing made of an elastic insulating material such as polyolefin.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a sleeperless track, in particular, a tram track without rail fixing elements, which is located in a trough with a u-shaped cross-section. The method comprises the following steps: preparation of a trough which corresponds to the width of the track, preferably consisting partially of pre-cast concrete units with a raised edge; laying of a pre-fabricated track infrastructure, preferably comprising two rails with guard timbers, whereby the rails have been fitted with cavity filler bodies, preferably beforehand; alignment of the track infrastructure; erection of formwork (21) next to the rails towards the centre of the track; sealing of the rail beneath the rail base, at least including the cavity filler bodies on the outer side of the rail towards the raised edges and/or simultaneously the cavity filler bodies on the inner side of the rail and subsequent sealing of the centre of the track between the formwork with concrete. If necessary, the guard timbers can be omitted during the sealing of the rail and can also be removed, together with the formwork, before the concrete sealing process. For the inner sealing process, for example using a polyurethane mixture, the formwork is placed at a distance to the inner cavity filler bodies.

摘要: The invention relates to the use of pure, unfilled polyurethane for chamber filling bodies and to a chamber filling body which are suitable for blocking the chambers of rails of railborne vehicles by casting in the form of a rigid foam with a mass density ranging from 40 to 160 kg/m in a casting mold matching exactly the shape of the chamber. The polyurethane to be cast can be adjusted and the casting mold can be thermally regulated in such a way that the chamber filling body forms a thin layer. According to the invention, it is particularly advantageous to produce the filling body in the casting mold in the form of a shaped foam body with recesses or constant cross sections having a length that is several times greater than the length required for installation, to cut said body in situ with a cutting tool and/or to cut out the recesses for the components coupled to the rails.
