摘要： The invention relates to a modular gear motor system, a gear motor and an adapter for linking a first device, especially a driving electric motor, and a second device, especially a transmission that is mounted on the power take-off side. The invention is characterized in that a shaft of the first device is linked with a first coupling element of the adapter in a positive and/or non-positive fit. The first coupling element is adapted to interact with a second coupling element, thereby transmitting torque. An adapter shaft is linked with the second coupling element of the adapter in a positive and/or non-positive fit. Spring-held centrifugal pads are mounted on the periphery of the second coupling element and press a friction lining onto the friction surface of the adapter housing, especially when a critical value of torque and/or centrifugal force is exceeded.
