Disclosed herein is a valve device for an aerosol container, comprising a housing (3) the upper end of which is fixed to the interior of a lid (1), a partition wall (5) arranged in the housing and provided with an insertion hole (4), an upper chamber (6) provided above the partition wall, a lower chamber (7) provided below the partition wall, a stem (8) vertically movably installed in the upper chamber and provided with a pressing part (10) at its lower end, the upper end of said stem being biased and projected outward from the lid through a stem gasket (2), a change-over valve (14) vertically movably installed in the lower chamber facing the pressing part situated at the lower end of the stem, and a flow path (16) for small spraying, which is made in the change-over valve and communicates the upper chamber with the lower chamber, wherein the change-over valve is pressed against and biased toward a valve seat provided on the lower surface of the partition wall, whereby the communication of the upper chamber with the lower chamber is cut off except for through the flow path for small spraying, and the insertion hole can be opened by pressing down the change-over valve by the stem.

In a flow controller mounted in a valve assembly for aerosol container, a stem body and a piston are inserted in a housing of the valve assembly in placing a spring between the stem body and the piston. The piston is formed with a controlling sleeve at a bottom of which an introduction hole for flowing the aerosol contents is opened in the piston. The controlling sleeve can enter into an insertion space formed between a cylinder formed at the stem body and an insertion member. Inner and outer round passageways capable of communicating with one another, are formed between the inner round surface of the controlling sleeve and the outer round surface of the insertion member and between the outer round surface of the controlling sleeve and the inner round surface of the cylinder, respectively. The controlling sleeve enters into the insertion space and changes communication resistance against the aerosol contents' flow according to the pressure of the aerosol contents, thereby maintaining a spray rate from the beginning to the last minute of spraying operation, as well as rendering the flow of the aerosol contents smooth and stable in making the whole assembly compact.

A two-liquid distributing aerosol device separately storing two types of liquids which, if mixed with each other beforehand, cause undesirable chemical reactions such as hardening and oxidation, wherein the two types of liquids arc separately distributed in a valve mechanism without mixing and mixed for use immediately before distribution or separately distributed for use without mixing. A first inner bag (5) filled with first liquid so as to be easily deformed by gas pressurization and a second inner bag (6) filled with second liquid so as to be easily deformed by gas pressurization are disposed in an aerosol container (1). The first inner bag (5) is connected to a first passage (13) and the second inner hag (6) is connected to a second passage (14), and the first passage (13) and the second passage (14) are formed separately from each other up to the upper end of a stem (11). Also, the fist inner bag (5) and the first passage (13) and the second inner bag (6) and the second passage (14) are sealed by first and second seal members (25) and (17) when the stem (11) is not pressed. These seals are released by the pressing of the stem (11) so that the first liquid and second liquid can be distributed from the stem (11) in the separated state without mixing.
