A stator (130) is removably disposed in the zone of the annular space that is located between the rotor hub and the outer wall of the housing at a distance from the inlet and the outlet. An annular groove which forms the two axial lateral faces and the outer radial boundary of the pumping duct (124) is provided in the stator. Sealing means (410) are placed between the stator (130) and the housing (12).
