    摘要: The invention relates to a suction/compression assembly (1) for aspirating/compressing gases from/in a system (100) to/from an external environment (200). The assembly includes an operating machine (10) comprising a body (11), which defines a chamber (15), within which one or more rotors (30) are housed, rotating about a corresponding rotation axis (35). Such a chamber (15) has a symmetrical transverse section evaluated on a plane with respect to at least one first reference plane (201) on which said rotation axis (35, 35') lies. The assembly (1) comprises a device (60) for injecting gas into said chamber (15) which comprises a manifold (61), connectable to an external source, and a plurality of injection pipes (65', 65") connected to the manifold (61) and to the body (11) of the machine (10). The body (11) defines a plurality of injection passages (12', 12"), each of which is configured to make one of said injection pipes (65', 65") communicating with the chamber (15) of the machine (10).

    摘要: The invention relates to a compressor comprising a rotatable portion where the active volume is divided by transverse wings (4a-b) and a rotatable ring element (2) with its normal at an angle to the rotation axis of the transverse wings. In any of their embodiments the sealing wings are attached to sealing holder taps (16bd1-2, 16ac1-2) that pass through driving slits (11a1 -2, 11b1-2). The driving slits extend essentially parallel to the rotation axis of the transverse wings. Steering and driving the sealing wings in this fashion using the driving slits, aligns the sealing wings against the transverse wings, restricting wear of the sealing wings and decreasing friction. In one embodiment the sealing holder taps are provided with sliders (17, 17a1-2, 17b1-2, 17c1-2, 17c1-2), guiding and further reducing wear of the sealing wings and decreasing friction, by means of guides (22a-d). The invention further relates to such a compressor with the means (7, 18, 19) for arranging the ring element with its normal at a changeable angle to the main rotation axis thereby changing the compression ratio.

    摘要: Disclosed is an automatic compensation mechanism for a hinge seal gap in a spherical compressor. A cylindrical hinge is formed around a central pin (10), a rotating disk pin seat (81), and a piston pin seat (16) of the spherical compressor. A fan-shaped insert (14) thicker at both sides and thinner in the center thereof is disposed at the bottom of of a sump (161) on the pin seat of the cylindrical hinge. The shape of the insert (14) matches the shapes of the sump (161) and of the external cylindrical surface of a semi-cylinder (811) on the pin seat of the cylindrical hinge respectively, forming a dynamic seal fit, thus improving the reliability of the seal, adapting to mass production, and enhancing overall performance.
