    摘要： A compact video camera has an image pickup lens system providing a zooming function and a wide angle field of view. The zooming function is performed by a zoom lens, while the wide angle view is achieved via a wide angle converter. The wide angle converter, located closer to the object than the zoom lens, comprises a negative lens, a positive lens, and a reflecting member located between the negative and positive lenses. With the use of the reflecting member, an optical axis of the image pickup lens system extending from the object side to the image side of the camera may be folded. The position at which the optical axis is folded is located closer to the object side than the image side.

    摘要： The present invention is relative to a disc cartridge in which an optical disc (3), an inner shell (4) and shutter members (5a), (5b) are housed in a main cartridge body unit (2), formed by abutting and combining upper and lower shells (6), (7), and in which the inner shell is run in rotation to cause the shutter members (5a), (5b) to open or close an aperture (24) provided in the main cartridge body unit (2). On an inner side of the peripheral wall sections of the upper and lower shells, abutted to each other, a crank-shaped dust intrusion prohibiting unit (21A) is provided for prohibiting intrusion of dust and dirt from the abutting surfaces of the peripheral wall sections of the upper and lower shells towards the optical disc housed in the main cartridge body unit to protect the optical disc housed in the main cartridge body unit. The inner shell provided in the main cartridge body unit includes an aperture (44) in register with an aperture in the main cartridge body unit, and includes a connecting portion (43a) bridging an open end side of the aperture. This connecting portion has a height not protruding towards the lower shell.

    摘要： A disk cartridge is formed with a slidably mounted metallic shutter (11) for opening and closing a disk access opening formed in a cartridge shell. A stock roll material for forming the shutter is formed of a sheet of metallic base material (2), such as aluminium, to which upper (3) and lower (4) film layers are applied. The upper film layer (3) is formed of synthetic resin including a lubricant component and a colouring agent while the lower film layer (4) is formed of a synthetic resin which is harder than that of the first film layer (3) and to which no lubricant or colouring is added. The stock material is introduced to punching and bending processing apparatus (301) such that the upper lubricant containing film layer contacts the punch die (302) such that press oil need not be used during fabrication. Bending processing is carried out such that a U-shaped shutter (11) is formed having the lubricant containing film layer (3) at an inner surface thereof, and the harder lower film layer (4) forms the outer surface. Thus, the outer surface resists abrasion and flawing and may be printed upon with good results, while the inner lubricated layer ensures smooth sliding of the shutter (11) and eliminates the need for applying and removing press oil during manufacture. The colour applied to the lubricated film layer (3) ensures that the stock may always be correctly oriented at the initial stage of processing.

    摘要： A disc cartridge liner is disclosed, the liner including a thermoplastic fiber entangling body formed by entangling thermoplastic fibers and a cellulose fiber entangling body formed by entangling a regenerated cellulose fiber and a refined cellulose fiber, the thermoplastic fiber entangling body and the cellulose fiber entangling body being heated and pressed to be attached to each other. The refined cellulose fiber forming the cellulose fiber entangling body is contained therein at a rate of not less than 20% by weight, and the refined cellulose fiber has dry strength of not less than 3 g/d. The cellulose fiber entangling body may contain therein a rubber based binder at a rate of not more than 3% by weight. The liner, formed by heating and pressing the thermoplastic fiber entangling body and the cellulose fiber entangling body to be attached to each other, has high strength, dimensional stability, frictional stability and wipe-off performance, and exhibits stable and satisfactory cleaning effect.
