摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a novel method for producing chlorine, by which it is possible to remove impurities contained with hydrogen chloride in a raw material gas and further to recover unreacted hydrogen chloride after an oxidation reaction efficiently in a method for producing chlorine by oxidizing hydrogen chloride. The method of the present invention for producing chlorine includes [1] an oxidation step of oxidizing hydrogen chloride in a raw material gas containing the hydrogen chloride and impurities with a gas containing oxygen, thereby obtaining a gas containing chlorine, water, unreacted hydrogen chloride, and unreacted oxygen; [2] an absorption step of bringing the gas containing chlorine, water, unreacted hydrogen chloride, and unreacted oxygen obtained in the oxidation step into contact with an absorbent liquid including water or aqueous hydrochloric acid or cooling the gas, thereby recovering unreacted hydrogen chloride in the form of a solution containing hydrogen chloride and water as main components and simultaneously obtaining a gas containing chlorine and unreacted oxygen as main components; and [3] a stripping step of distilling the solution obtained in the absorption step, thereby obtaining a gas containing hydrogen chloride as a main component, wherein the gas obtained in the stripping step, which contains hydrogen chloride as a main component and contains 5 to 50% by volume of water, is recovered and mixed with the raw material gas.

摘要: Provided is a process for producing an amide (A) : by hydrating a nitrile (B) at high conversion in relatively short period of time even without use of high-capacity cooling apparatuses (25, 35) and a large amount of inorganic acid (D). In the process for the present invention, a nitrile (B) is hydrated in continuous mode in the presence of an inorganic acid (D) so as to give a conversion of 80% to 98%, and the unreacted nitrile contained in the resultant hydrated reaction liquid (E) is hydrated in batch-wise mode so as to give a conversion of 99.9% or more, thereby producing an amide (A). For example, the inorganic acid (D) is sulfuric acid and the use amount thereof is 0.5 to 1-fold mol with respect to the nitrile (B), and the temperature in hydration is 40 to 70 -C, and hydration is performed in continuous mode using a tubular reactor (2c), loop reactor (2d) and the like. The resultant amide (A) can be hydrolyzed to produce a thiobutanoic acid (G).

摘要: Provided is a membrane separation method to which a reverse osmosis method can be applied as a method for separating or concentrating a to-be-treated liquid having a high osmotic pressure or as a water recovery method. The membrane separation method for a to-be-treated liquid having an osmotic pressure according to the present invention includes a first step of separating the to-be-treated liquid into a first permeate and a first retentate by a reverse osmosis method using a loose RO membrane (50). The to-be-treated liquid satisfies πCb' > ΔPmax when an osmotic pressure of a to-be-treated liquid side membrane surface concentration Cb' is represented by πCb' and a maximum operating pressure difference is represented by ΔPmax, or has an osmotic pressure of 5 MPa or more and 100 MPa or less. The loose RO membrane (50) is a membrane through which at least a part of a solute contained in the to-be-treated liquid passes together with a solvent.

摘要: A method for producing allyl chloride is provided which includes: a chlorination step of reacting propylene with chlorine to obtain a reaction product containing allyl chloride, unreacted propylene and by-product hydrogen chloride; a separation step of cooling the reaction product to separate the reaction product into the allyl chloride and a mixed gas containing the unreacted propylene and the by-product hydrogen chloride; a collection step of separating the mixed gas into the unreacted propylene and the by-product hydrogen chloride to collect the unreacted propylene; and an oxidation step of oxidizing the separated by-product hydrogen chloride to obtain chlorine. At least part of the chlorine used in the chlorination step is the chlorine obtained in the oxidation step. A method for producing dichlorohydrin using the chlorine obtained in the oxidation step is also provided.
