摘要: The present invention relates to a method for assessing a cancerous state of a mammal-derived specimen, which comprises:
(1) a first step of measuring a methylation frequency of Neurofilament3 gene contained in a mammal-derived specimen or an index value having the correlation therewith, and

摘要: A method of evaluating the degree of cancerization of a specimen originating in a mammal characterized by comprising: (1) the first step of measuring the methylation frequency or an indication correlating thereto in Fibrillin 2 gene contained in the mammal-origin specimen; and (2) the second step of judging the degree of cancerization of the above-described specimen based on the difference obtained by comparing the methylation frequency or the indication correlating thereto having been measured above with the data of a control; and so on.
