摘要: Provided is an anti-vibration rubber composition, including: the following component (A); and the following components (B) and (C), in which a blending amount of the component (B) falls within a range of from 15 parts by weight to 60 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the component (A), and a blending amount of the component (C) falls within a range of from 50 parts by weight to 150 parts by weight with respect thereto. Thus, the anti-vibration rubber composition is excellent in anti-vibration rubber properties, such as rubber physical properties and durability, and is excellent in flame retardancy. (A) A diene-based rubber. (B) A halogen-based flame retardant having a meltingpoint of 150°C or less. (C) Aluminum hydroxide having an average particle diameter of 0.75 µm or less.

摘要: Provided is a radical-curable sealing member for fuel cells that has excellent product durability and suppresses changes in mechanical characteristics caused by heat and hydrolysis (such as reduced stretch and increased hardness caused by embrittlement). A sealing member 4 is a crosslinked product of a radical-curable composition that contains components (A)-(E), there being 0.1-10 parts by mass of component (B) per 100 parts by mass of component (A). (A) A polymer for fuel cell sealing members that has a radical-curable functional group and also has at least one of a urethane linkage and an ester linkage in the molecular chain thereof. (B) A carbodiimide compound that has at least one functional group selected from the group that consists of ether groups, aliphatic hydrocarbon groups that have at least 3 carbons, and alicyclic hydrocarbon groups. (C) A monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer. (D) A polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer. (E) A radical polymerization initiator.

摘要: The following is provided as a radical-curable seal member for a fuel cell that has excellent productivity, can be made into a thin film, and has excellent seal ability within a wide temperature range. A radical-curable seal member 4 for a fuel cell having a glass transition temperature of -40°C or lower made from a crosslinked product of a radical-curable composition containing 20-90 weight parts of component (B), 1-10 weight parts of component (C), and 0.01-10 weight parts of component (D) per 100 weight parts of component (A), the weight ratio [(B)/(C)] of component (B) to component (C) being 4-24 and the content [(C)/{(A) + (B) + (C)}] of component (C) relative to a total of 100 wt% of component (A), component (B), and component (C) being 1-7 wt %. (A) (Meth)acrylic polymer having a (meth)acryloyl group at a molecular chain end. (B) Monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer. (C) Polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer. (D) Radical polymerization initiator.
