摘要： Provided are methods of treating polycystic kidney disease in a subject in need thereof, by administering to the subject in need thereof, an effective amount of a compound according to formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the variables in the structural formulae are defined herein. Also provided are methods of treating polycystic kidney disease by a compound of formula (I) in combination with additional therapeutic agents.
