摘要： The invention relates to a retraction plate for displacing soft-tissue parts in surgery. The plate comprises a middle part (1), two end parts (2, 3) separated from each other by the middle part (1), an upper side (4) and a lower side (5). The middle part (1) has a through hole (6) which links the upper side (4) and lower side (5). The end parts (2, 3) have means (7) in the area of their upper side (4) which make it possible for said end parts to be removably connected to one of the free ends of a rod-shaped element (8). The advantages of the invention are essentially that the retraction plate permits the creation of an artificial cavity between the soft-tissue mantle and the bone, thus opening up an obstructed view of a fracture and making it possible for the fracture to be fitted with a plate/fixing element using a minimally invasive surgical technique.
