摘要： The invention relates to a device for use in osteosynthesis, in particular for drilling, cutting threads or inserting implants. Said device comprises a drill bushing (1) with a longitudinal axis (2), a rear end (6), into which an instrument or implant can be introduced, a front end (5) that can be placed on an implant or a bone and a hollow chamber (11) lying coaxially to the longitudinal axis, a supporting handle (9) that can be connected to the drill bushing (1) and a coolant connection (10), through which a coolant can be conducted directly into the hollow chamber (11) of the drill bushing (1). Said drill bushing (1) is divided into two parts along the longitudinal axis (2). The drill bushing (1) can thus be used to tighten screws with a larger diameter screw head. Once the screw has been tightened, the half-shells (3; 4) of the drill bushing (1) are pushed apart and the drill bushing (1) is removed from the screw, without being hindered by the larger diameter screw head.

The invention also relates to a bone-fixing device comprising two bone-anchoring elements (1) which A) comprise at least one plate (21; 22) which has a central axis (30), an upper cover surface (16) and a lower cover surface (18) as well as a thickness X and is provided with means (19) for receiving the connecting elements (6) of the two bone-anchoring elements (1); and B) means (24) for fixing the bone-anchoring elements (1) in the at least one plate (21; 22), where C) the two bone-anchoring elements (1) can be displaced in the direction of the central axis (30).
