A control panel for electronic equipment that satisfies the requirements of hermeticity, clearness of indication and operability and yet allows a cost reduction. A sheet made of a commercially available light-transmitting thermoplastic synthetic resin material is used as a substrate. Sheet recesses are formed on the sheet so that each print layer formed on the surface of the sheet is located on the inner side of the bottom of a sheet recess. The sheet recesses are filled with a synthetic resin material to form pushbuttons. A contact surface of a case cover and a contact surface of a pushbutton outer skin are kept in close contact with each other during injection molding. Therefore, there is no possibility of the resin material flowing between the contact surfaces. It is unnecessary to insert a mold member into the clearance between each pushbutton and the associated opening in the case cover. Because the clearance can be minimized, it becomes easy to achieve a size reduction and so forth. Design limitations are also reduced.

A composite material which makes an advantage of a metal enclosure compatible with that of a synthetic-resin structure, is high in productivity and mass-production efficiency, and permits a free design in shape and structure when used in electronic apparatuses and home-use electric appliances. It is also designed for lighter, stronger components and structures, in addition to electronic apparatuses and home-use electric appliances. As a pre-treatment, a rib (3) is immersed in at least one aqueous solution selected from ammonia, hydrazine, hydrazine derivative and water-soluble amine compound. This rib (3) is inserted into an injection molding die used to inject it. A thermoplastic resin composition is filled in the surface of a metal frame (2) by injection molding to form a rib (3). A molded case-cover (1) enclosure comprises integrally joined metal frame (2) and ribs (3) of a thermoplastic resin composition, makes the most of the features of metal in terms of strength and external design, and provides complicated shape and structure to the interior of the enclosure.

The present invention allows both the merits of a metallic housing and those of a synthetic resin structure to be exhibited in electronic devices, domestic electric devices, etc., and achieves high productivity and mass production capability as well as enables a desired configuration and structure to be designed freely. The present invention is useful for achieving a reduction in weight and for attaining increased strength in not only electronic devices and domestic electric devices but also various parts and structures. As a pretreatment, a rib (3) is dipped in an aqueous solution of at least one selected from the group consisting of ammonia, hydrazine, a hydrazine derivative, and a water-soluble amine compound. A metal frame (2) is inserted into an injection mold for forming ribs (3) by injection molding. A thermoplastic resin composition is injected to the surface of the metal frame (2) by injection molding to form ribs (3). In the housing of a casing cover (1) thus formed, the metal frame (2) and the ribs (3) made of the thermoplastic resin composition are integrally bonded together. Thus, the housing can make use of the characteristic features of the metal in terms of strength and design of external appearance. Moreover, a complicated configuration and structure can be formed in the housing.

The pierceable part is formed so as to prevent leakage of liquid from the container when it is pierced with a hollow needle. The pierceable part is confined in a compressed state in the stopper body (10) of the pierceable stopper. A molten thermoplastic synthetic resin elastic material is injected into an injection mold at an injection pressure higher than the normal injection pressure to mold the pierceable part.
