摘要： The invention provides a novel endo-type fucoidan hydrolase and a novel microorganism useful for producing sugar compounds. The sugar compounds refer to the compounds represented by general formula (1), wherein at least one alcoholic hydroxyl group has been sulfated, and salts thereof, wherein Y represents hydrogen or a group of general formula (2).
