摘要: A blood pressure measuring technique enabling acquisition of a pulse signal adequate for high-accuracy blood pressure measurement and reducing the troublesomeness of remeasurement and the physical load on the user due to the cuff pressure. A blood pressure measuring device comprises a cuff installed on an auricle and its peripheral part, a first and second pulse detectors which detect pulses at the portion pressed by the cuff which are influenced differently by the feature of a body movement, body movement detecting means for detecting the feature of the body movement, pulse selecting means for selecting a pulse from either the first or second pulse detector on the basis of the feature of the detected body movement, and blood pressure value deriving means for deriving a blood pressure value from the selected pulse.

摘要: A hemodynamometer which uses a pressing cuff (11) for pressing an artery of an examinee, a measuring cuff (12) provided on the inner side of the pressing cuff (11) in close contact with a portion to be measured for detecting the vibration of an artery wall caused by an arterial pulse resulting from a cuff pressure variation and a pressure sensor (16) for measuring the pressure of a measuring cuff (12), and which detects peaks of vibrations from vibration signals captured by the measuring cuff (12) and determines a systolic blood pressure using information on a plurality of detected peaks. A cuff band comprising, in order to cut off the transmission of vibrations from the pressing cuff to the measuring cuff (12), a buffer member provided on the pressing cuff side of a contact surface between the measuring and pressing cuffs for absorbing vibrations and a rigid member on the measuring cuff side of the contact surface for reflecting the vibrations, the connection between the measuring and pressing cuffs being provided with an air chamber (damper cuff) (15) and a slender tube (14) and a contact surface of a portion to be measured with a portion of the pressing cuff on the blood vessel upstream side of the pressing cuff being provided with a buffer member (13).
