摘要： A plug or switchboard insert has an insulating body which contains a plurality of parallel contact pins or sockets and which can be inserted into a plug housing or switchboard panel. The contact pins or sockets are accessible on the front side of the insulating body and can thus be plugged and connecting means are arranged on the rear side of the insulating body for connecting with a cable or cord. A strain-relieving bow for the cables or cords extends on the rear side of the insulating body, transversely to the axis of the contact pins or sockets. The strain-relieving bow has a plurality of bores for mounting clips or binders for clamping the cables or cords. The bow has at least one rod at least partially coated with a conducting material and provided with the bores for mounting the clips or binders and two legs made of a non-conducting material for securing the clips or binders directly to the insulating body.
