摘要:
This invention relates to a processed cloth obtained by coating a polyester fiber structure, which is colored with a dispersed dye, with a resin, and more particularly to a cloth of coated polyester fiber characterized in that a coating resin contains organic peroxide. The present invention also relates to a processed cloth obtained by coating a polyester fiber structure, which is colored with a dispersed dye, with a resin, and characterized in that a coating resin contains aromatic rings. The present invention further relates to a method of manufacturing cloths of coated polyester fiber, characterized in that a resin solution mixed with organic peroxide is applied to a dispersed dye-colored polyester fiber structure. The cloth of coated polyester fiber according to the present invention has excellent dye migration contamination fastness and washing durability. The method according to the present invention enables the above-mentioned coated cloth to be produced stably and very simply without requiring any special equipment, and a very large industrial effect to be obtained.

The present invention provides a highly durable, moisture-permeable, waterproof material that is high in moisture-permeability and waterproofness and able to achieve good adhesion with such a coat layer as moisture-permeable, water-resistant layer and with such a fibrous structural material as fabric, and a method for the production thereof. The moisture-permeable, waterproof material of the invention comprises a moisture-permeable, water-resistant layer, a fibrous structural material, and a water-swellable adhesive layer interposed between the former two to adhere them together, wherein the surfaces of the single fibers comprising said fibrous structural material are coated with a pre-treating agent containing a polyhydric compound as main component, said fibrous structural material and said water-swellable adhesive layer being adhered via the pre-treating agent. The moisture-permeable, waterproof material can be produced by the following steps: coating a moisture-permeable, water-resistant layer with a water-swellable adhesive layer, the latter being the outermost, to form film; and pressure-bonding a fibrous structural material pre-treated with a pre-treating agent containing a polyhydric compound as main component to said water-swellable adhesive layer, thereby adhering said fibrous structural material and said water-swellable adhesive layer together. The moisture-permeable, waterproof material can serve to produce outdoor wear such as fishing wear and mountaineering wear; ski wear, windbreakers, athletic wear, golf wear, rain wear, and casual coats; as well as outdoor working wear, gloves, and shoes.

Woven or knitted goods of cellulosic fibers grafted with hydrophilic vinyl monomers, having excellent hygroscopicity and being well wearable; woven or knitted goods of cellulosic fibers grafted with hydrophilic vinyl monomers, having a shrinking percentage of 2 % or less after washing, and being excellent in configurational stability; and shrinkproof woven or knitted goods of a combination of polyester fibers with cellulosic fibers. The grafting process comprises impregnating woven or knitted goods with an aqueous solution containing a hydrophilic vinyl monomer and a polymerization initiator, followed by heat treatment and washing. The configurational stability is imparted to the goods by cross-linking cellulosic fibers before, during or after the grafting.

Fiber structures having excellent moisture absorption, soft hand and excellent configurational stability. One embodiment of the fiber structures is one made of cellulosic fibers grafted with hydrophilic vinyl monomers and having a B to W ratio of 0.0001 to 0.005, wherein B is bending rigidity as determined by the Kawabata Evaluation System (KES) and W is a basis weight (the same applies hereinafter). Another embodiment of the fiber structures is one made of the above cellulosic fibers and polyester fibers. A still further embodiment of the structures is one made of the cellulosic fibers and having a shrinking percentage of 3 % or less after washing and a B to W ratio of 0.0001 to 0.005. Yet another embodiment thereof is one made of cellulosic fibers and polyester fibers and having a shrinking percentage of 2 % or less after washing and a B to W ratio of 0.0001 to 0.005.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fabric exhibiting excellent hygroscopicity, pliable handling touch and shape memory. An aspect of the present invention for achieving the foregoing object lies in a fabric comprising cellulose fibers, wherein hydrophilic vinyl monomers are graft-polymerized with the cellulose fibers, and the ratio B/W of bending rigidity (B) measured by KES (Kawabata Evaluation System) and weight (W) is 0.0001 or higher and 0.005 or lower. Another aspect of the present invention lies in a fabric comprising the cellulose fibers and polyester fibers. A still further aspect of the present invention lies in a fabric comprising cellulose fibers, wherein the percentage of laundry shrinkage is 3 % or lower and the ratio B/W of bending rigidity (B) measured by KES and weight (W) is 0.0001 or higher and 0.005 or lower. Another aspect of the present invention lies in a fabric comprising cellulose fibers and polyester fibers, wherein the percentage of laundry shrinkage is 2 % or lower and the ratio B/W of bending rigidity (B) measured by KES and weight (W) is 0.0001 or higher and 0.005 or lower.
