摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a laminated film which can form a laminated structure mainly composed of a polypropylene film and composed of substantially a single resin species having a low environmental load, and has required performances such as gas barrier properties and adhesiveness required for a packaging material, and processing suitability. A laminated film includes: a substrate film; and a coating layer including a polyvinyl alcohol-based copolymer and an inorganic lamellar compound on at least one surface of the substrate film. The laminated film satisfies the following requirements (a) to (d): (a) the substrate film is a stretched film containing a propylene-based resin; (b) an attached amount of the coating layer is 0.10 g/m 2 or more and 0.50 g/m 2 or less; (c) in a total reflection infrared absorption spectrum of the laminated film, a ratio (P1/P2) of a peak intensity (P1) having an absorption maximum in a domain of 1040 ± 10 cm -1 to a peak intensity (P2) having an absorption maximum in a domain of 3300 ± 10 cm -1 is within a range of 3.0 to 25.0; and (d) a Martens hardness of a coating layer-side surface of the laminated film measured with a test force of 0.1 mN is 248 N/mm 2 or less.

(c) the laminated body in which the heat sealable layer is sealed at one end and another end under conditions of 160 °C and 0.2 MPa for 2 seconds has seal strength of 15 N/15mm or more, and
(d) the laminated body has a heat shrinkage rate of 1.8 % or less at 120 °C for 5 minutes.-

摘要: An object of the present invention is to produce an environment-responsive laminated film including an inorganic thin film layer and a protective layer in this order on a substrate film layer using a polyester resin recycled from PET bottles. The laminated film is excellent in barrier properties and adhesiveness, and excellent in recyclability allowing the laminated film and a sealant layer to be easily peeled off from a laminated body. In order to solve the problem, the present invention has the following constitution.
A laminated body obtained by laminating a sealant layer on one surface of a laminated film including an inorganic thin film layer on one surface of a substrate film and a protective layer on the inorganic thin film layer,
wherein the laminated body satisfies the following (a) to (d):
(a) the substrate film contains 10% by weight or less of a polyester resin recycled from PET bottles;
(b) the protective layer of the laminated film contains a urethane resin, and surface free energy of a surface of the protective layer is 45 to 60 mN/m;
(c) the laminated body has lamination strength of 1.5 N/15 mm or more, and lamination strength of 1.0 N/15 mm or less after being immersed in 1-methoxy-2-propanol at 40°C for 72 hours; and
(d) the laminated body has lamination strength of 1.5 N/15 mm or more after a boiling sterilization treatment at 90°C for 30 minutes.
