    摘要: A sliding guide apparatus guides a movable member for a base. A pair of guide surfaces (3) is formed on the base (2). A pair of sliding surfaces is formed on the movable member as so to be opposed to the pair of guide surfaces, respectively. Lubricating oil is supplied between the guide surface and the sliding surface. The sliding surface is configured so that one half portion (12A) of the sliding surface which is close to the center of gravity of the movable member is asymmetric with the other half portion (12B) of the sliding surface which is far from the center of gravity of the movable member. Since load of the movable member that acts disproportionately on the sliding surface is balanced with dynamic pressure of the lubricating oil that occurs between the guide surface and the sliding surface, it is prevented that the movable member is slanted.

    摘要: A friction clutch has a plurality of iron inner clutch plates and a plurality of iron outer clutch plates. Both the clutch plates have sliding surfaces which are friction-engaged each other. A thin carbon film in a diamond form, which functions as a solid lubricant, is formed on each of the sliding surfaces of the outer clutch plates by a known method such as the Chemical Vapor Deposition method. A known nitride treatment or quenching and tempering treatment is applied to the sliding surfaces of the inner clutch plates. A coupling device has a pilot clutch mechanism with the friction clutch and an electromagnetic actuator. As a result, the friction clutch is resistant to wear and the coupling device is excellent in durability.

And, the oil film thickness between the crankpin 1 and the bearing 5 is secured to prevent the shear loss, another kind of the power loss, from increasing, whereby the power loss can be decreased in total.

    摘要: A semi-contact guide apparatus includes a bed as a first member, a column (12) second member, a plural number of oil-hold portions and an oil-supply device. The column is movably guided on the bed (2). A sliding surface is formed on the column. The plural number of oil-hold portions is formed on the sliding surface. Dimensions of the oil-hold portions are defined according to load distribution of the weight of the column. The oil-supply device supplies lubricant oil to the oil-hold portions. The amount of lubricant oil supplied to the oil-hold portion is defined according to each of dimensions of the oil-hold portions. Since the dimensions such as areas of the oil-hold portions and the amount of the lubricant oil supplied to the oil-hold portion are defined as above, inclination of the column on the bed is prevented, and the column can be smoothly moved on the bed.
