    摘要: The present invention refers to a method for the production of coated mineral grit for the manufacture of coating elements with a bituminous support, or with a support comprising a vinyl or acrylic adhesive, for roofing of buildings, comprising the following steps:- arranging some rough mineral grit; - after arranging some rough mineral grit, inserting said rough mineral grit into mixing means (2) together with a first treatment mixture comprising water, pigments, sodium silicate and/or potassium silicate, kaolin; - after inserting the rough mineral grit into mixing means (2), mixing the rough mineral grit and the first treatment mixture until a coated mineral grit is obtained; - after mixing the rough mineral grit and the first treatment mixture, heating the coated mineral grit to a predetermined firing temperature (Tc); - after heating the coated mineral grit, cooling the coated mineral grit up to a predetermined intermediate cooling temperature (Tri). According to the invention, the first treatment mixture comprises one or more organo-siloxanes and/or silanes which are thus applied to the rough mineral grit by means of an aqueous solution.

    摘要: The present finding relates to a bituminous tile (1) with grit coating (13), comprising: - a support layer (2) comprising a base layer (3) made of non-woven glass fiber fabric, having a first major surface (4) to which a glass fiber net (6) is coupled which covers at least 80% of said first major surface (4); - a first external bituminous layer (9) which covers the net (6) and the first major surface (4);
    - a second external bituminous layer (10) which covers a second major surface (5) of the base layer (3), facing away from the first major surface (4);
    - a grit (13) comprising ceramized colored mineral granules, which covers the second external bituminous layer (10).
    The present finding also relates to a method for the production of a bituminous tile (1) with grit coating (13), comprising, in the following order, the following steps: a) providing a support layer (2) comprising a base layer (3) made of non-woven glass fiber fabric, having a first major surface (4), to which a glass fiber net (6) is coupled which covers at least 80% of said first major surface (4), and a second major surface (5) facing away from the first major surface (4); b) impregnating the support layer (2) with a hydrocarbon solution comprising adhesion promoters, at a temperature comprised between 120-180°C; c) covering the support layer (3), impregnated with the hydrocarbon solution comprising adhesion promoters, with a non-adhesive bituminous compound, at a temperature comprised between 170-210°C, to define a first external bituminous layer (9) which covers the net (6) and the first major surface (4), and a second external bituminous layer (10) which covers the second major surface (5) ; d) depositing a grit (13) containing ceramized colored mineral granules on the second external bituminous layer (10), when the same has a temperature comprised between 120-170°C; e) cutting the support layer (2) covered with the first and second external bituminous layer (9, 10) and with the grit (13) to obtain from it a desired number of tiles (1).
