The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition that contains a polybutylene terephthalate resin produced by a direct esterification method and an alkali compound, said method comprising a step for melt-kneading a master batch containing a polyalkylene terephthalate resin and the alkali compound with the polybutylene terephthalate resin; and a method for manufacturing a polybutylene terephthalate resin molded article that contains a polybutylene terephthalate resin produced by a direct esterification method and an alkali compound, said method comprising a step for dry-blending the master batch with the polybutylene terephthalate resin and then molding the obtained blend.

摘要: Provided is a resin molded body which has excellent flame retardance, weather resistance, shock resistance and tracking resistance. The resin molded body is composed of a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin, a polycarbonate, an elastomer, and a flame retardant. By adopting this combination of components, a Charpy impact value at 23°C measured in conformity with ISO 179/1eA is 15 kJ/m2 or more and flame retardance measured under a condition of thickness of 1.0 mm and in conformity with UL94 is V-0 or more, and a resin molded body which can be used favorably outdoors is produced.

摘要: Provided is a technology which can suppress the amount of acetaldehyde produced during molding of a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition. A resin molded article is produced by using, as the starting material, a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition including a polybutylene terephthalate resin, a hindered phenol-based antioxidant, and a phosphorus-based stabilizer. Preferably, tetrakis[methylene-3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate]methane is used as the hindered phenol-based antioxidant, and bis(2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphite or tetrakis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl)-4,4'-biphenylene phosphonite is used as the phosphorus-based stabilizer.

An injection-molded article for which (1) deflection temperature under load according to ISO 75-1 is 165-220°C, (2) surface gloss at 45° by the JIS Z8741 testing method is 95-110, (3)the flatness of flat plates of 120mm length, 120 mm width and 2 mm thickness with JIS B0021 is 0-2 mm, (4)after tensile property evaluation test pieces molded according to ISO 3167 were heat-treated for ten days in a 150°C hot air oven and then treated for 24 hours at 23 °C and 50% RH, stretch at break measured according to ISO 524-1, 2 is 1.5% or more.

摘要: Provided is a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition which has further improved fluidity (melt fluidity) while maintaining mechanical characteristics. The polybutylene terephthalate resin composition according to the present invention contains 0.05-5 parts by mass of a glycerin fatty acid ester having a hydroxyl value of 200-400, and 0.05-5 parts by mass of a polyvalent alcohol fatty acid ester having a hydroxyl value of 100 or less, with respect to 100 parts by mass of a polybutylene terephthalate resin. The glycerin fatty acid ester preferably comprises glycerin and/or a dehydration condensation product thereof, and a fatty acid having 12 or more carbon atoms.
