摘要: A polyethylene composition and the use thereof, and a polyolefin microporous breathable film prepared therefrom. The polyethylene composition comprises a polyethylene matrix resin and a pore-forming agent, wherein the content of the pore-forming agent is 30-110 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the polyethylene matrix resin, the pore-foaming agent comprises maleic anhydride copolymer microspheres, a copolymer in the microsphere comprises a structural unit A from maleic anhydride, a structural unit B from a vinyl-containing comonomer M and an optional cross-linking structure unit from a cross-linking agent, and the average particle size of the maleic anhydride copolymer microspheres is 500-2000 nm. The polyethylene composition can be used for preparing a breathable film without using a coupling agent, a dispersing agent and/or a surfactant, and achieves uniform air permeability and a high water vapor transmission rate. The film can be used for breathable composite products such as sanitary products, medical products, and food packaging or building products.

摘要: A composition is described comprising semicrystalline polylactic acid polymer; polyvinyl acetate polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least 25°C; plasticizer; and optionally amorphous polylactic acid polymer. In another embodiment the composition further comprises nucleating agent. Also described are films comprising the composition as well as articles, such as a tape or sheet, comprising the film described herein and a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive disposed on the film.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a preparation method of a porous super absorbent polymer including the steps of preparing a monomer neutralized solution by adding an internal cross-linking agent, an initiator, an inorganic filler, and a nonionic surfactant to a neutralized solution obtained by neutralizing at least 80 mol% of a water soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer containing acidic groups; high-shear mixing the monomer neutralized solution; preparing a hydrogel polymer from the high-shear mixed monomer neutralized solution by thermal polymerization or photopolymerization; and preparing a base resin powder by drying, pulverizing, and classifying the hydrogel polymer.

摘要: Provided is a polyvinyl acetal film which, when used as an intermediate film for a laminated glass, can provide a laminated glass that exhibits a low degree of yellowness and excellent surface appearance, and which is thus useful as a sealing material or intermediate film that can prolong the life of a laminated glass provided with a solar cell or a functional unit. Further, the content of corrosion-causing substance in the polyvinyl acetal film is low, so that the polyvinyl acetal film permits high-temperature lamination and thus ensures excellent productivity. Also provided are a solar cell module and a laminated glass prepared using the polyvinyl acetal film. A plasticized polyvinyl acetal film which comprises 15 to 60 parts by mass of a plasticizer having a total number of 28 or more of carbon atoms and oxygen atoms constituting a molecule based on 100 parts by mass of a polyvinyl acetal resin, and which has an acid value of 5.0 meq/kg or less.
