摘要： Provided is a package filling apparatus, which forms a webbed packaging material (1) into a tube shape, longitudinally seals the tube overlapped at the two end portions of the packaging material in the longitudinal direction thereof, fills the inside of the tubular packaging material (1) continuously transferred vertically downward, with a liquid food from a filling pipe (7) up to a liquid level (37) of a predetermined position above the exit of the filling pipe, transversely seals the tube while the tube is being clamped and drawn downward below the liquid level in the transverse direction of the tube by a seal jaw (10a) and a counter jaw (11), preparatorily shapes the tube by clamping the tube simultaneously with shaping flaps, and cuts the tube at the transversely sealed band, thereby to manufacture the packaged container. The package filling apparatus keeps the pressure of the filled liquid food in the tube positive, to facilitate the preparatory shaping by the shaping flap, so that the pressure of the liquid food can be prevented from dropping to a negative pressure, even if the liquid food pressure is lowered by the fluctuations thereof, thereby to prevent an external ambient substance from entering the tube. The package filling apparatus comprises a positive pressure keeping means for suppressing the fluctuations of the pressure of the liquid food in the tube below a pressure flange (36), so that the liquid food pressure can be prevented from dropping to the negative pressure, thereby to keep the liquid food pressure positive.

摘要： A dual-stream filling system (12) is used in a packaging machine to introduce at least two flowable materials into a container. The dual-stream filling system (12) defines a material flow path therethrough. The system (12) includes a primary filling tube (38) having an inlet end (50) and a discharge end (42) and defining a primary filling tube internal flow region. A secondary filling tube (40) has an inlet end and an outlet end and defines a secondary filling tube (40) internal flow region. The secondary filling tube (40) is positioned at least in part within the primary filling tube (38) internal flow region, penetrating the primary filling tube (38) through the first opening. The dual-stream fill system (12) includes a valve plug (54) that includes a portion that is movable relative to the secondary filling tubes (40) between an opened state wherein flow communication is established between the internal flow regions of the primary and secondary filling tubes (38 and 40) and a closed state wherein flow communication is terminated between the internal flow regions of the primary and secondary filling tubes (38 and 40). An actuator (56) is provided for moving the valve plug (54) portion between the opened and closed positions. The actuator (56) is disposed fully external of the secondary filling tube (40) flow region.

摘要： There is described a packaging apparatus (1) for forming a plurality of sealed packages (2) from a tube (3) of a web of packaging material (4) which is continuously filled with a pourable product. 摘要： Provided is a packing material filling device which maintains the pressure of a filling fluid food in a tube at a positive pressure, easily pre-shapes by using a molding flap, can prevent the dropping to a negative pressure even if the pressure of the liquefied food pressure is lowered by fluctuations in the liquefied food pressure, and prevent the seeping in of materials in the external environment into the tube. A positive pressure holding means lessens the fluctuations in the pressure of the liquefied food in the tube below the pressure flange, prevents the lowering of the liquefied food pressure to a negative pressure, and maintains the liquefied food pressure at a positive pressure.
