摘要： Methods and compositions are provided useful in the diagnosis, treatment and management of cancers wherein cancer cells express certain polynucleotides and/or polypeptides that are differentially expressed in colon cancer subtypes that are sensitive to therapy with abl kinase inhibitors and src kinase inhibitors. In particular, PTK-7, PLK-2 and PLK-3 could be identified as markers for determining the responsiveness of cancer to dasatinib.
