摘要： The invention provides methods for the preparation of an isolated virus particle or virus-like particle by treating with an agent such that the particles are preferentially in the aqueous phase. The invention also provides methods of preparing a capsomere that is substantially-free of at least one host cell derived chaperone protein by treatment with an agent to selectively separate the capsomere from at least one chaperone protein.
