摘要： The present invention provides a stabilized luminescence system by extending the half-life of Coleoptera luciferin/luciferase luminescent reactions. A luminescence method for luciferin/luciferase system, comprising reacting a luciferin with a Coleoptera luciferase in the presence of pyrophosphoric acid and/or a pyrophosphate to thereby generate a luminescence whose half-life is 5 minutes or more is provided. A method of using the same, luminescent reagents and luminescent reagent kits are also provided.
