The interlock member (40) is guided in a posture perpendicular to the shift select shaft (14) by these guide portions (51, 52). The operating mechanism structured in this way prevents the interlock member (40), which transmits select operating force, from leaning in the axial direction, without requiring more operating force, and therefore suppresses rattling in the select direction after a shift.
