Thereby, the connection state when a power is output to the drive shaft 39 can be increased and the power to the drive shaft 39 can be output in a more efficient connection state in comparison with only connecting and disconnecting the rotating shaft 45 of the motor MG2 to and from the first coupled rotating shaft 36 and the crankshaft 26 of the engine 22.
