摘要： A chromium-free, stable, water dispersion of zinc powder is produced by incorporation, into a zinc powder, of a silane coupling agent having a mercapto group in its molecules. The coupling agent is present in an amount ranging from 0,1 to 10 parts by weight for every 100 parts by weight of the zinc powder. The composition may be used in a water base paint.
