Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft zudem ein Verfahren zur Herstellung beschichteter Substrate sowie ein beschichtetes Substrat und dessen Verwendung.

摘要: The present invention concerns a retroreflective powder coating composition consisting of:
• 10 - 95.9 wt.% of a film-forming binder material;
• 4 - 85 wt.% of spherical glass beads having a median particle diameter D50 between 1 and 50 µm and a refractive index between 1.9 and 2.8;
• 0.1 - 15 wt.% of pigment flakes having a median diameter between 1 and 75 µm; and
• 0 - 15 wt.% of one or more further ingredients,
wherein the weight percentages are based on the total weight of the composition,
wherein the composition comprises particles comprising the film-forming binder material and having a median particle diameter D50 between 2 and 200 µm, and
wherein the median diameter of said pigment flakes is greater than 35% of the median particle diameter D50 of said spherical glass beads.
The invention further concerns a powder coating process for providing a substrate with retroreflective properties and a substrate coated with a retroreflective layer obtainable by said process.-

摘要: The present invention describes a method of developing antifouling and antistatic coatings for solid surfaces in an automated manner. The method concerns formulation of the coating solution and its application in automated surface treatment systems in order to rapidly and economically produce an anti-fouling protective coating, especially on smooth substrates with a high concentration of surface hydroxyls. The coating is applied in two steps. In the first, the coating solution is sprayed on the surface. In the second, the coated surface is dried by means of forced air flow. The coated surfaces exhibit enhanced anti-fouling, anti-static and hydrophobic attributes, attaining their maximum functionality immediately after the drying stage without the need for any additional treatment. The method has industrial applicability, allowing large surfaces to be coated prior to their installation, for example at the stage of processing or assembly of finished products.

摘要: An object is to obtain a laminate that allows a printed layer to be separated/released more easily from a resin base material or sealant layer using a release solution, while achieving excellent lamination-suitability. As a solution, a laminate comprising a resin base material, a releasing primer layer, a printed layer, a releasing primer layer and a sealant layer, being stacked in this order, is provided, wherein the releasing primer composition for forming the releasing primer layers contains a polyethyleneimine-based compound with an amine value of 5.0 to 25.0 mmol/g and/or polybutadiene-based compound.
