Abstract: An insulator includes: an insulation tube (110); an insulation umbrella skirt (120) formed on an outer wall of the insulation tube; at least one fiber receiving tube (140) provided inside the insulation tube or between the insulation tube and the insulation umbrella skirt; and at least one optical fiber/cable received in the at least one fiber receiving tube.
