Once the resin hardens, the snaps (42, 441) can no longer be moved, thereby preventing the housing (40, 440) from being removed from the telecommunications device. A lower tube holder (30, 430) is provided for organizing the tubes (14) adjacent to the second end (106, 444) of the housing (40, 440). An upper tube holder (50, 350, 450) is provided for organizing the tubes (14) adjacent to the first end (104, 442) of the housing (40, 440).
