摘要： A biscuit comprises an outer portion and a filling, wherein the filling comprises a fruit-based material obtainable by concentration of at least 40 grams of fresh fruit, optionally from at least 80 grams of fresh fruit. The biscuits are able to provide a useful contribution in increasing the daily fruit intake of consumers who are reluctant to eat fresh fruit.
