This invention is characterized by the preparation of composites made from bioceramics containing calcium salts like Ca5(PO4)3OH, CaCO3, CaSO4, Ca3(PO4), CaOSiO2(NO3)2, Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, according to patent BR 10 PI9104220-8, (2000), natural and/or synthetic biodegradable or non biodegradable polymers, calcium phosphate cements, either natural or synthetic containing encapsulated or non- encapsulated micro or nanoparticulated antibiotics and angiotensin (1-7) in the form of suspensions, cosmetics, grafts and uses of such compositions in the process of tissue restitution. The composites containing antibiotics and angiotensin (1-7) can be used as grafts in humans and as veterinary medicinal products effective both as antibiotic and osteoconductor. Another feature of this invention is the use of tetracyclines in the composites, in concentrations that may vary from 0,001 % to 5%, effective as anti-inflammatory. The bioceramics/polymer composites claimed in this document display the induction properties of the repairing dentine, formation of compact dentine bridge.
