摘要： Method for producing boards with a wood-based substrate comprising wood particles and a urea-formaldehyde glue, wherein the following is performed for producing the substrate:
- a urea-formaldehyde glue is produced;
- wood particles are produced;
- the wood particles are coated with at least the urea-formaldehyde glue;
and that, in order to manufacture the urea-formaldehyde glue, raw materials of the glue are combined in a reactor (1), wherein these raw materials at least comprise a urea-formaldehyde concentrate, wherein formaldehyde/urea molar ratios of the urea-formaldehyde concentrate are determined on the basis of NIR measurements and at least one calibration model, and wherein the raw materials are dosed into the reactor (1) on the basis of said formaldehyde/urea molar ratios of the urea-formaldehyde concentrate.
