摘要： A method for the treatment of inflammation in an individual is described, for example a causal therapy of a disease or condition for which an inflammatory state is an underlying cause of the disease, or a treatment of inflammation as a symptom of a disease state, for example inflammation caused by cancer, cardiovascular disease, an infection or trauma, by treating the individual with an agent capable of attenuating the activity of Ubiquitin Serine Protease 7 (USP7) protein, in particular a USP7 inhibitor chemical.
