Said nacelle is provided with longitudinal beams (401) and a first and a second gantry (402, 403) that can be displaced for mounting the wind turbine on the tower, stabilized lifting being performed by cables (404, 405) attached to ground anchor jacks (406) and to the ends of the support structure (40) provided the first gantry (402) and second gantry (403).
