    摘要: This invention provides a light-alloy vehicular wheel. In this light-alloy vehicular wheel, a forged material or a cast and forged material is used for at least a disc (1, 6, 13) and a rim (5, 7, 8) or an inner rim member (3), which is produced separately from the disc, is jointed with the disc (1, 6, 13) by a friction grip jointing method. It is possible to joint a unitary molded product consisting of an outer rim member (2, 12) and disc (1, 13) and composed of forged light alloy or cast and forged light alloy with the inner rim member (3) of cast light alloy by a friction welding method, and joint a unitary molded product consisting of outer and inner rim members and constituting a rim (5) of a cast light alloy with a disc (6) of a forged light alloy by a friction welding method. A primary body (8) of the inner rim member can also be spin molded by molding outer and inner rim members unitarily by a casting method.

    摘要: An outer rim molded material is molded by forging or casting, a portion of the outer rim which extends from a hump to a bead seat is separated from part of a rim flange precursor 2a and is caused to fall in a sloping fashion inwards of a wheel width so as to form a bead seat precursor 12a, and the bead seat precursor 12a so formed is then joined to be welded to a top or side of a rim well rising portion precursor 5b. An external surface is cut to be finished to a proper shape, and an annular hollow portion 8 is formed underneath a lower surface of the bead seat portion.

    摘要: A built-up automobile/motorbike wheel of a light alloy of a relatively large diameter is lightened to have a high-grade design. The wheel is of the two-piece type comprising a rim (2) having an outer rim and an inner rim integrated and a center disc (1). A plurality of thick portions (9) for forming threaded holes of fastener bolts for fastening the rim and the center disc are integrally protruded from the rim (2), and the rim (2) in the portion, excepting the thick portions, extending from a bead seat portion (6) to a well portion (8) of the outer rim is finished to a substantially equal thickness.

Thickness of the rim (2) is substantially same except for the thick-wall portions, throughout from a bead seat (6) on the outer rim portion through a well part (8).

    摘要: An integral type wheel made of light metal having a grain flow metallographic structure containing grain flows, at least some of which continue from the peripheral position of the wheel disk part to the outermost part of the outer rim, extending zigzag with respect to the profile of the outer rim having a plurality of bent parts, and converging at the outermost periphery of the outer rim. The wheel has densely running grain flows excellent in plasticity and workability, and is high in strength.
