摘要： A bracket assembly for mounting a plurality of photovoltaic (PV) accessories, the bracket assembly comprises a first bracket and a second bracket. The first bracket comprises a first clamp member and a second clamp member attached by means of a tightening means. The first clamp member includes a first plate and a second plate with an opening being attached to form an angle therebetween. The second clamp member includes a clamp plate with a slot and a pair of flanges. The second bracket comprises an attachment structure having a pair of outer channels with a structural member connected therebetween and a middle channel attached and positioned at a lower plane with the structural member, a pair of arms and a plurality of flanges attached to a distal end of the pair of outer channels, the middle channel and the pair of arms.
