摘要: This application discloses a photovoltaic system and a control method. The system includes a plurality of first converters, a second converter, an inverter, and a controller. The controller obtains a sum of input voltages of the plurality of first converters connected in series to each other; when the sum of the input voltages of the plurality of first converters is greater than a first voltage, adjusts the output voltage of the first converter, so that the sum of the input voltages of the first converters is less than or equal to the first voltage; and when the sum of the input voltages of the first converters is less than a second voltage, adjusts an output voltage of the second converter, so that the output voltage of the second converter is greater than or equal to the second voltage, and the first converters keep in a state of adjusting the input voltages based on power. According to the photovoltaic system provided in this application, a quantity of photovoltaic modules in a photovoltaic string can be flexibly configured, so that a photovoltaic module configuration in the photovoltaic string is not limited by an input voltage limit of the inverter, and an overall energy yield of the photovoltaic system is increased.

摘要: A control method and apparatus for photovoltaic inverters connected in parallel at an AC side are provided, the method is applied for an inverter system in which inverters are connected in parallel at an AC side and independent from each other at a DC side, where an input terminal of the first inverter is connected with a first PV array, an input terminal of the second inverter is connected with a second PV array, each of the first PV array and the second PV array has a parasitic capacitance to ground, and the first inverter and the second inverter form a common-mode loop by coupling with the parasitic capacitances, where the method includes the following steps: detecting a first direct voltage of the first inverter and a second direct voltage of the second inverter; obtaining a difference between the first direct voltage and the second direct voltage; and adjusting the direct voltages of the inverters to control the difference to be within a predetermined range and control a common-mode voltage in the common-mode loop to be within a predetermined common-mode voltage range. The smaller the difference between direct voltages of the inverters is, the smaller the common-mode voltage difference between the inverters is, and the smaller the common-mode current is, thereby restraining the common-mode circulation current between the inverters.

摘要: A frequency response optimization system includes a battery configured to store and discharge electric power, a power inverter configured to control an amount of the electric power stored or discharged from the battery at each of a plurality of time steps during a frequency response period, and a frequency response controller. The frequency response controller is configured to receive a regulation signal from an incentive provider, determine statistics of the regulation signal, use the statistics of the regulation signal to generate an optimal frequency response midpoint that achieves a desired change in a state-of-charge (SOC) of the battery while participating in a frequency response program, and use the midpoints to determine optimal battery power setpoints for the power inverter. The power inverter is configured to use the optimal battery power setpoints to control the amount of the electric power stored or discharged from the battery.

摘要: The present invention provides a low voltage ride-through control system for a multi-inverter grid-connected power converter, including: a photovoltaic array and an inverter. The inverter includes a DC/DC conversion unit and a DC/AC inversion unit connected to an output end of the DC/DC conversion unit, an input end of the DC/DC conversion unit is connected to an output end of the photovoltaic array, and the inverter is connected to a power grid at a grid-connected point. The inverter further includes a low voltage ride-through detection unit and a low voltage ride-through control unit. The low voltage ride-through detection unit is configured to detect an amplitude of a voltage of the power grid at the grid-connected point, to determine whether to trigger low voltage ride-through. The low voltage ride-through control unit is configured to lower an input voltage of the DC/DC conversion unit when it is determined to trigger the low voltage ride-through, to lower an output voltage of the photovoltaic array, so that the output voltage of the photovoltaic array is less than a voltage of maximum power point tracking when the inverter operates in a steady state.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a universal junction box for solar modules that comprises multiple sub-assemblies with a replaceable diode black and an open-IP plug sub-assembly. If the electronics in the diode block becomes defective, a new replaceable diode block can be used to substitute into the defective diode black without having to replace the entire junction box. The open-IP plug sub-assembly provides the flexibility to couple a variety of cable sub-assembly or IMEs to the universal junction box as long as a particular selected cable sub-assembly fits with the dimension of the open-IP plug sub-assembly.
