摘要: The mechanism is provided with a pair of flaps closing a hopper hole, pneumatic actuators for driving the flaps, catches (7) attached to the left flap, hooks (4) mounted to actuator cylinders (8), and a locking unit to secure the flaps in closed position. The left flap is provided with a longitudinal shaft (1) ending in levers (2) that are connected to heads (5) of piston rods of the actuator on each side of the flap. At the end of each lever (2) there is a disc (6), which is mating with a comb flank of a hook (4) cam, while an arm of the lever (2) is placed between right (10) and left (11) stoppers, which are part of the left flap. Flanks of flaps are connected to each other through synchronous couplers (9).

摘要: A railway tank car, wherein a railway tank is seated on saddles of U-shaped cross-section, the saddles consist of a base and side walls and rest on a car frame, and the railway tank is provided with pads, the said railway tank car is characterised in that the upper edge of the side wall (11) in the saddle (2) is welded to the pad (3) of the railway tank (1), and that there is a gap between the base (12) of the saddle (2) and the turning beam (7) of the frame. The gap is closed by a spacer (18) made of any material of one's choice, preferably of plastic. Length of the base (12) in the saddle (2) is substantially smaller than the maximum dimension which is the chord of the upper edge of the side wall (11) in the saddle (2). Whereas profiled lugs (23) are provided at both ends of the railway tank (1) on its both sides, and welded at the bottom to the turning beam (7) of the frame and, at the top, to a strip (19) of the railway tank (1).

摘要: The invention provides a design solution for a suspension system of a railway vehicle, especially four-wheel freight car, that assures the system functioning at possibly low rolling resistance; at the same time this is solution assures that wheel sets can be correctly aligned in relation to tracks and stabilized, owing to which increased rolling resistance and wear-and-tear of both the wheel sets and rails is reduced. The objective has been achieved in such a way that in order to reduce friction resistance, rollers (9), preferably up to two of them, were incorporated in friction wedges (6) on a sloped surface, while other surfaces were provided with friction lining pads (7) and (8). Working surfaces of the wedge (13), also mating surfaces of the base plate (1) and saddle column (5) were provided with friction pads (7) of a material having low friction factor, below 0.2. For better stabilization of the suspension system, the crosswise rigidity of spring sets (2) was enhanced, and rigidity of conventional spring sets was increased by dividing the springs with a plate (10) at half height. Further increase of the spring system rigidity was achieved by connecting the dividing plates (10) from adjoining spring sets (2) to each other, and joining the matching connected plates (10) on both sides of a car by use of stabilizing rods (12).
