摘要: A railcar bogie (100) according to the present invention includes: a cross beam (31) configured to support a carbody (101) of a railcar; wheels (10) arranged at both railcar width direction sides of the bogie to be lined up in a railcar longitudinal direction at each of the sides; a pair of front and rear axles (11) respectively arranged at a front side and rear side in the railcar longitudinal direction so as to sandwich the cross beam (31) and extend in a railcar width direction, each of the axles (11) connecting the wheels (10) located at a left side and right side in the railcar width direction; bearings (12) arranged at both railcar width direction sides of each of the axles (11) and configured to rotatably support the axle (11); axle box portions (20) coupled to the cross beam (31) via elastic members and each configured to store the bearing (12); and plate spring portions (40) extending in the railcar longitudinal direction so as to respectively support both railcar width direction end portions of the cross beam (31), both railcar longitudinal direction end portions of each of the plate spring portions being respectively supported by the axle box portions (20). Each of the axle box portions (20) includes a supporting surface (26) that supports the plate spring portion (40) such that the plate spring portion (20) is relatively movable and that is inclined toward a longitudinal direction middle portion of the plate spring portion.

The spring element (1) connected to the first coil spring (2) which is connected to the axle box is arranged above said first coil spring (2). The spring element (1') connected to the second coil spring (2') which is arranged on the side of the axle box opposite to the first coil spring (2) is arranged below of the second coil spring (2').

摘要: A side frame (8) for a railway car comprises a pedestal jaw (10) and an integral crown shaped pedestal jaw roof (20). A snap-on liner (28) matching the shape of the crowned pedestal jaw roof (20) is removably mounted to the pedestal jaw roof (20). In operation, the crown shaped pedestal jaw roof (20) and snap-on liner (28) reduce wear on the pedestal jaw roof (20) and permit swinging of the side frame (8) relative to railcar axles. The integral crown shaped pedestal roof (20) and snap-on liner (28) eliminate the traditional rocker seat, shims, and welded retainers, thereby reducing the maintenance and cost of traditional side frames.

摘要: A sideframe pedestal jaw (50) accommodates a bearing adapter (70) which locks the adapter (70) to the sideframe (12), thereby preventing it from all forms of movement within the pedestal jaw opening (35). Locking the bearing adapter (70) forces the bogie axles (16) to remain at a right angle with respect to the sideframes (12). Maintaining this right angular relationship substantially curtails bogie warpage, which induces wheel misalignment that leads to undesirable bogie hunting and high speed instability.

摘要: Um ein Drehgestell für raschlaufende Schienenfahrzeuge auch bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten stabil zu erhalten, sind unter der Voraussetzung des Fehlens von seitlichem Spiel zwischen Radsätzen und Achslagergehäusen mehrere Vorkehrungen getroffen, und zwar stehen vom Drehgestellrahmen (3) senkrecht hiezu Zapfen (1) ab, die in Bohrungen (6,7) der Achslagergehäuse (5) eingesetzt sind; die Zapfen (1) sind von Gummiblocks (2) umgeben, die in Führungstöpfen (4) sitzen, welche ihrerseits in die an einer Drehgestellseite zylindrischen, an der anderen Seite schlitzartigen Bohrungen (6 bzw. 7) eingesetzt sind. Das Drehgestell weist eine Wiege (8) auf, die über "Flexicoils" (9) am Rahmen (3) abgestützt ist; zur Drehstabilisierung ist eine um 90° gedreht eingebaute Wankstabilisierung vorgesehen, die aus Querwelle (130), Kurbelarmen (120) und Lenkern (110) besteht. Querwelle (130) und Arme (120) können ein einziges, besonders steifes Stück bilden. Zur Vervollkommnung des stabilen Laufes kann ein Rad (17) jedes Radsatzes auf der Achse (19) drehbar gelagert und über eine vorzugsweise einstellbare Schleppkupplung (20) mit der Achse gekuppelt sein.
