    摘要： The invention provides a speed change controller for a saddle-ride type vehicle (1) comprising a detection mechanism (100) detecting operation by a driver for speed change; and a speed change mechanism (20) performing speed change on the basis of speed change operation detected by the detection mechanism (100). The detection mechanism comprises an operation part (101) which is manipulated by a foot of a rider, and a detection unit (120) that detects the manipulation by foot. The speed change mechanism (100) comprises a shift actuator and a shift shaft (23) which is turned in a predetermined direction by a driving force of the shift actuator. The operation part (101) comprises a moving part (110) which moves relative to the vehicle on the basis of the manipulation by foot and a stopper (106,107) that restricts a moving range of the moving part (110).

The moving part and the shift pedal are made of separate parts. The operation part further comprises a link member (480) linking the shift pedal with the moving part.
