摘要： A hinge structure for a container 1 comprising first hinge pieces 4 projected from the rear end of a container main body 2 of synthetic resin and drilled with first shaft holes 5, a second hinge piece 6 projected from the rear end of a cover 3 of synthetic resin for opening/closing the container main body 2 and drilled with second shaft holes 7, hinge shafts 8 of synthetic resin inserted in the first shaft holes 5 and second shaft holes 7 to openably/closably turnably connect the container main body 2 to the cover 3, wherein short cylindrical fitting raised portions 9 aligned with center axis of the first shaft holes 5 are projected from the end surfaces of the first hinge pieces 4 abutting against the second hinge piece 6, and the end surfaces of the second hinge piece 6 abutting against the first hinge pieces 4 are provided with U-shaped fitting recesses 10 that open to the front end of the cover 3 and whose center of curvature coincides with the center of the second shaft holes 7 and having a curved portion whose radius of curvature is equal to that of the fitting raised portions 9, so that an external forced applied to the cover 3 is received by the fitting raised portions 9 to prevent a shearing force from acting on the hinge shafts 8 so as to protect the hinge shafts 8 from damage.

摘要： A hinge structure of a case is provided to join a case body (2) and a lid (3) together in a manner capable of opening, turning, and closing said lid (3). The hinge comprises: the first hinge connectors (4), through which the first shaft holes (5) are drilled and which are disposed at the rear of a case body (2) of a synthetic resin in which to contain a cosmetic material; the second hinge connector (6), through which the second shaft holes (7) are drilled and which is disposed at the rear of a synthetic resin lid (3) that opens or closes said case body (2); and a hinge structure comprising hinge shafts (8) made of a synthetic resin, with each shaft (8) being passed through said first shaft hole (5) and said second shaft hole (7). In this hinge structure, two convex fitting parts (9) with the shape of a short cylinder are disposed so as to project from the end faces of said first hinge connectors (4) that come in abutment with the second hinge connector (6). Furthermore, two concave fitting parts (10) of a U shape are correspondingly disposed on the end faces of said second hinge connector (6) that comes in abutment with the first hinge connectors (4). These concave fitting parts (10) are open to the front side of said lid (3), have the center of curvature that is identical with the center of each second shaft hole (7), and have a curve of the same curvature radius as that of said convex fitting parts (9). This hinge structure prevents a shearing force to act on the hinge shafts (8) and protects the hinge shafts (8) against shearing fracture.
