    摘要: An expansion device having an integrally incorporated mechanism that can prevent an abnormal rise in a high pressure of a refrigeration cycle and can also deal with abnormal increases in the high pressure and a low pressure. A displacement means (bellows) (28) displaced by the high pressure is connected to a valve disc (24) of a throttle valve mechanism (32) to displace a rod (34) having a safety valve mechanism (33). When the high pressure is equal to or higher than a first predetermined pressure (a limit of the normal working pressure), a first portion (26) of the safety valve mechanism (33) disengages from a relief hole (27), which provides communication between a high pressure space (29) and a low pressure passage (31), to act as a second portion (25) that opens the relief hole (27), allowing the refrigerant in the high pressure space (29) to leak into the low pressure passage (31), thus preventing the high pressure from rising. The low pressure passage (31) is provided with a low pressure side fracture plate mechanism (40) that, when the low pressure reaches a second predetermined pressure, is fractured to provide communication of the low pressure passage (31) with an atmosphere. Further, the high pressure passage (30) is provided with a high pressure side fracture plate mechanism (50) that, when the high pressure is equal to or higher than a third predetermined pressure, is fractured to provide communication of the high pressure passage (30) with an atmosphere.

    摘要: A refrigerating cycle wherein the pressure of a high pressure line (8) is lowered when the pressure is abnormally high by transmitting the high pressure to the low pressure line (9) without releasing the coolant to the atmosphere, and the coolant is released to the atmosphere only when the pressure of the low pressure line (9) is abnormally high. First safety means (10) for communication of the high pressure line (8) with the low pressure line (9) is provided, and second safety means (11) is provided between the low pressure line (9) and the atmosphere. The high pressure coolant of the high pressure line (8) is leaked to the low pressure side by the first safety means (10) when the high pressure exceeds a first pressure. Hence, the pressure rise of the high pressure line (8) can be lessened by the allowance of the low pressure line (9), and the high pressure is lowered to prevent the outflow of the coolant. Only when the pressure of the low pressure line (9) exceeds a second pressure, the coolant is released to the atmosphere by the second safety means, so that release of the coolant of the refrigerating cycle can be avoided as much as possible.

    摘要: A refrigerating cycle, wherein supercritical fluid is used as refrigerant and an internal heat exchanger is installed for heat-exchanging refrigerant between the outlet side of a gas cooler and the inlet side of a compressor, having a regulating means which regulates the amount of heat exchange of the internal heat exchanger (4) and comprises a bypass passage (9) to bypass the internal heat exchanger (4) and a flow control valve (10) to control the flow rate of refrigerant through the bypass passage (9). The flow control valve (10) uses a solenoid valve which determines the opening based on the information on cycle conditions and a bellows type control valve which responds to a pressure on the high pressure side, and the regulating means may change the length of the passage used for heat exchange in the internal heat exchanger (4). A cycle balance is controlled to maintain an optimum high pressure and attain a satisfactory cycle efficiency. The refrigerating cycle can be protected temporarily against the excessive rise of high pressure and delivery side temperature of a compressor.
