The present invention provides a single-cell multicast control channel (SC-MCCH) sending method and apparatus, and an SC-PTM receiving method and apparatus. The SC-MCCH sending method comprises: a base station generates SC-MCCH information for indicating configuration information of a single-cell point-to-multipoint (SC-PTM) service; the base station sends frequency-domain scheduling information of an SC-MCCH over a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH); the base station sends the SC-MCCH over a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), wherein the SC-MCCH comprises: a mapping relationship between a temporary mobile group identity (TMGI) of the SC-PTM service and a group radio network temporary identity (G-RNTI) of the SC-PTM service on the PDCCH, and time-domain position information of the SC-PTM service. The present invention resolves the problem that there is no effective solution for scheduling an SC-PTM service in the related art, thereby achieving scheduling of the SC-PTM service.

Disclosed are methods and devices for coding and decoding depth information, which relate to a Three-Dimensional Video (3DV) coding technology. The coding method includes: arranging all elements in a DLT in an ascending order of values, wherein the DLT is a data structure representing depth numerical values by index numbers; coding a value of a first element in the DLT, and writing the bits of the value into a bitstream; and coding a differential value between a value of each of the other elements except the first element in the DLT and a value of an element with an index number smaller than an index number of the each of other elements in the DLT respectively, and writing the value of the differential value into the bitstream. The method for decoding depth information and related coding and decoding devices are also provided. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, efficiency of coding and decoding depth information is improved, and resource occupation during depth information coding is reduced.

The present invention provides method and apparatus for sending V2X service, and method and apparatus for configuring resources. The method for sending V2X service includes that a first OBU acquires sending resources for sending a V2X service, where the sending resources include resources required for sending V2X service data and scheduling information of the V2X service, the scheduling information is used for specifying information required for resource scheduling for the V2X service data; and the first OBU sends, on the sending resources, the scheduling information and the V2X service data to a second OBU. Frequency-domain multiplexing is performed in a same subframe in the sending resources for scheduling information and the V2X service data, and the scheduling information specifies that resource configuration is performed, in same and/or different subframes, for the V2X service data. This solution solves the problem in which resource scheduling information and V2X service data can only be sent separately in the D2D technology in the related art and fills the gap in the related art.

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for grouping vehicles in Internet of Vehicles. The method comprises: a designated vehicle within a coverage area of a road-side unit (RSU) satisfying a preset condition receives first indication information of the RSU, the first indication information being set for indicating the designated vehicle to be a vehicle having a management permission to manage a vehicle group to which the designated vehicle pertains; or designated vehicles outside the coverage area of the RSU satisfying a preset condition negotiate to decide a final designated vehicle; the designated vehicle periodically broadcasts a first message set for performing vehicle grouping to the vehicles within the coverage of the RSU and/or outside the coverage of the RSU; the designated vehicle receives a second message in response to the first message; and the designated vehicle groups vehicles that send the second message to a vehicle group. The disclosed method and apparatus for grouping vehicles in Internet of Vehicles resolve the problem of difficulty in distributing and releasing resources by a network side device for a vehicle in Internet of Vehicles in time.

The V2X architecture at least comprises: an on-board unit, a road side unit, a V2X function entity and a V2X application server. The method comprises: the on-board unit sends request information to the V2X application server via a network application layer signaling or the V2X function entity, wherein the request information is used to indicate requesting for a V2X service; the on-board unit receives from the V2X application server first indication information in response to the request information, wherein the first indication information is used to indicate whether the request information successfully requests for the V2X service; and when the first indication information indicates that the request information successfully requests for the V2X service, the on-board unit receives data of the V2X service sent by the V2X application server via the road side unit.

Provided is a method for sending a V2X service. The method includes: a Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) Application Server (AS) classifies and identifies the V2X service, where different types of V2X service have different identifiers; the V2X AS sends a request message to a Broadcast Multicast Service Center (BM-SC), where the request message is used for instructing the BM-SC to establish a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) bearing corresponding to an identifier of theV2X service; and the V2X AS sends the V2X service through the MBMS bearing established by the BM-SC. The above solution addresses the problem that it is difficult for the V2X AS to forward different types of V2X services in the related art.
